When you run an active kitchen like mine, you find yourself in the grocery store nearly as much as you’re in front of a stove. Follow Sam Jones and I as we explore several Ann Arbor-area grocers in November 2005.
I’m a huge fan of tuna, especially tuna steaks. Talk about a treat for someone who wants a meaty meal but doesn’t want to bite into some beef. The tuna steak will be topped with a bean-onion-bell pepper mix.
I’ve added some rosemary-garlic red potatoes to this meal. What do you think?
