One of my favorite compliments to most meals, tuna-stuffed cucumbers are easy to make, light and tasty!
Recipe: Cucumber with tuna stuffing
12 servings – each serving is 23
2 tablespoons light hellman’’s mayo – 80 calories
1/2 cup total of diced carrots – 28 cals
1 can of tuna in water – 150 cals
1 peeled cucumber – 18 cals
