Shawn largely focuses on vegetarian fair, but he has a secret. Shhhhh… He eats seafood!!! He’s not a real vegetarian! Don’t completely blame him though, he considers fish to be floating vegetables. Rumors are flying that he will start eating chicken and beef this year! Creator of BFLK, Shawn’s favorite food is red popsicles. By day he’s a news producer, writes online media blog New Media Bytes and performs as director of online marketing efforts at Optimal Webworks - web design and marketing firm. He hearts beer, dance crews and tofu.
Nikki makes our show bearable to watch. Catch her beaming smile and get the treat of Thai cooking know-how. That’s right folks. She’s Thai. She can speak it and cook it. Get used to it! Transplanted from Thailand, Nikki adds an Asian flair to her meals. By day, she is a web design maven, swooping like a superhero to write killer CSS. She’s the creative director for Optimal Webworks too! If you catch her in superhero mode, you may get away with calling her Nikki Nix, GoNikki and RoboNikki.
