Exploring an Ann Arbor Asian market with the Wolf

How to make vegetarian shish ka-babs

Is it kabob, kababs or does it use it a hyphen? I just don’t know. Either way, this dish is nothing but delicious.

How to make tuna-stuffed cucumber appetizers

One of my favorite compliments to most meals, tuna-stuffed cucumbers are easy to make, light and tasty!

Recipe: Cucumber with tuna stuffing
12 servings - each serving is 23
2 tablespoons light hellman’’s mayo - 80 calories
1/2 cup total of diced carrots - 28 cals
1 can of tuna in water - 150 cals
1 peeled cucumber - 18 cals
